subplot()で複数のグラフをまとめてプロットするのは便利ですが、複数のグラフの周辺が隣のグラフと重なってしまうことがよくあります。
私はJulia言語でusing PyPlot で pyplotを使っているのですが、subplot() や subplot2grid() を使った場合には最後に
tight_layout()
とすると重なりを無くす調節をしてくれることをずっと知らずに苦労していました。
tight_layout() はとても便利。
